These terms govern your access to and use of the Iscope Digital website at iscopedigital.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1 · Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms“) are a binding agreement between you and Iscope Digital Media (“Iscope,” “we,” “our“). By accessing or using iscopedigital.com (the “Site“) in any way — including browsing, submitting a form, downloading content, or otherwise interacting — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” refers to both you individually and that organization.

2 · The website & services

The Site is an informational marketing website describing services offered by Iscope. Use of the Site is free, but engagement of any Iscope service is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Iscope. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or contract for services; engagement requires a signed written agreement.

Iscope reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any portion of it, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Site.

3 · Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation
Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users’ data
Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including via denial-of-service attacks or by introducing malware
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract content from the Site, except for publicly accessible, robots.txt-permitted indexing by search engines and AI engines
Reproduce, copy, modify, sell, or republish any portion of the Site without our express written permission
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
Use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, design, software, and the compilation thereof — are owned by Iscope or licensed to Iscope and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

“Iscope Digital,” “Iscope Digital Media,” “Bizline Direct,” and the Iscope logo are trademarks of Iscope Digital Media. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

You may view, download, and print Site content for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content and you preserve all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices. Any other use requires our express written permission.

5 · Third-party content and links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We provide these links for convenience only; we do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with third-party sites are subject to those sites’ own terms and privacy policies.

6 · Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iscope disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or trade usage.

Iscope does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Site.

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, accounting, tax, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before acting on any information found on the Site.

7 · Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Iscope, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill — arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any event, Iscope’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) and even if the limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of the foregoing limitations may not apply to you.

8 · Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Iscope and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) any content you submit through the Site.

9 · Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive jurisdiction for any action permitted to be brought in court will be the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

10 · Dispute resolution

Before filing any formal legal proceeding, you agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by contacting us at jeremy@iscopedigital.com with a description of the dispute and the resolution you seek. We will attempt to resolve the matter within thirty (30) days of receipt.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, either party may pursue available legal remedies subject to Section 9.

11 · Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective” date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site.
