Privacy Policy

How Iscope Digital Media collects, uses, shares, and protects information — for visitors to this website, for clients who engage our services, and for individuals whose data appears in our databases.

1 · Information we collect

Iscope Digital Media (“Iscope,” “we,” “our“) collects information in three distinct contexts:

1.1 · Information you provide to us

When you contact us, request a sample, complete a form, or engage our services, we collect the information you submit — typically your name, business email address, phone number, company name, job title, and the content of your message. If you become a client, we collect billing and contract information necessary to deliver the services.

1.2 · Information we collect automatically

When you visit iscopedigital.com, our servers automatically log standard technical information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, timestamps, and similar diagnostic data. This information is used to operate and secure the website.

1.3 · Information in our marketing databases

Iscope maintains proprietary B2B and B2C marketing databases (including Bizline Direct) containing contact information used to deliver marketing services to our clients. Records in these databases are sourced from primary feeds, public business filings, opt-in registration channels, and licensed data partnerships. Sources, opt-in lineage, and compliance documentation are maintained for every record.

2 · How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested information about our services
  • Deliver, manage, and improve the services you’ve engaged us for
  • Send periodic updates about Iscope services where you have opted in to receive them
  • Operate, maintain, and secure the iscopedigital.com website
  • Comply with legal obligations (including CAN-SPAM, CCPA, CPRA, and applicable state privacy regimes)
  • Provide marketing services to our clients using data from our marketing databases, in accordance with applicable law and the consent or opt-in status documented for each record

We do not use the information you provide through contact forms or service inquiries to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

3 · Sharing and disclosure

We share information only in the following circumstances:

3.1 · With service providers

We use third-party service providers to operate our business (e.g., website hosting, email delivery, CRM platforms, analytics, payment processing). These providers are contractually limited to using information only for the purposes of providing services to us.

3.2 · With clients (for data services)

When our clients engage Iscope to deliver B2B or B2C data services, we provide them with contact records from our marketing databases that match their criteria. These transactions are conducted in accordance with the consent and opt-in status documented for each record and the applicable legal frameworks (CAN-SPAM, CCPA, CPRA, Virginia CDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA).

3.3 · For legal reasons

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Iscope, our clients, or others.

3.4 · In business transfers

If Iscope is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected individuals where required by law.

4 · Cookies and tracking technologies

iscopedigital.com uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising, and site functionality. Cookies fall into these categories:

  • Essential cookies — required for the site to function (e.g., security, form submission)
  • Analytics cookies — measure site usage and improve performance (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Advertising cookies — used to measure advertising effectiveness and may be set by third-party platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft Advertising)

You can manage cookies through your browser settings or through our cookie consent banner. Note that disabling essential cookies may impact site functionality.

5 · Your privacy rights

Depending on where you reside, you may have specific rights regarding personal information about you. Iscope honors these rights in compliance with applicable state and federal privacy laws.

5.1 · California (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, share, and sell
  • Delete personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information
  • Non-discrimination for exercising these rights

5.2 · Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states

Residents of Virginia (CDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights, including the right to access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain processing activities, including targeted advertising and sale.

5.3 · How to exercise your rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at jeremy@iscopedigital.com or by mail at the address in Section 11. We will verify your identity before processing the request and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 45 days, with one possible 45-day extension).

5.4 · Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. We may require written authorization and verification of the agent’s identity.

6 · Data security

Iscope maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These safeguards include:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest where applicable
  • Access controls limiting employee access to information on a need-to-know basis
  • Regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments
  • Incident response procedures and breach notification protocols

No security measure is perfect. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you provide information at your own risk.

7 · Data retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Marketing database records are reviewed periodically and removed when no longer accurate, when consent is withdrawn, or when retention is no longer justified.

8 · Children’s privacy

Iscope’s services and website are directed to businesses and adult professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

9 · International users

Iscope is based in the United States and our services are directed primarily to U.S. businesses and U.S.-resident individuals. If you access our website or services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

10 · Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective” date at the top of this policy and, where required, provide additional notice (such as a banner on the website or direct email to affected individuals).
