Consumer audiences — segmented by who they are and what they buy.
Iscope Digital’s B2C email and postal data delivers targeted U.S. consumer audiences segmented by demographics, household composition, geography, behaviour, and purchase intent — every record opt-in verified and CAN-SPAM compliant.
What is B2C email and postal data?
B2C email and postal data is a database of consumer contacts — name, email, postal address, demographics, household composition, and behavioural attributes — segmentable for direct-response marketing in retail, financial services, automotive, healthcare, and nonprofit categories.
Iscope’s consumer data is opt-in verified and CAN-SPAM compliant. Every record comes with deliverability hygiene, suppression list integration, and documentation that supports your compliance obligations under federal and state-level privacy law.
More than just an email address.
Each consumer record includes the demographic, geographic, and behavioural fields you need to segment, score, and personalize.

How is consumer data sourced?+
Iscope’s consumer data is sourced from opt-in registration channels — sweepstakes entries, subscription sign-ups, online surveys, magazine subscriptions, charitable donations, and similar consumer-initiated interactions. We do not scrape, purchase from data brokers without opt-in lineage, or use deceptive sourcing methods.
Is the data CAN-SPAM compliant?+
Yes. Every record carries documented opt-in provenance. CAN-SPAM compliance documentation accompanies each list delivery. The advertiser using the data is still responsible for sender identification, accurate header information, and opt-out handling in each campaign.
How are state-level privacy laws (CCPA, CPRA, etc.) handled?+
Iscope maintains documented compliance with applicable state privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Virginia CDPA, Colorado CPA, and Connecticut CTDPA. Records flagged as opted-out under any of these regimes are suppressed at the source. Documentation is available on request.
Can I target by purchase intent?+
Yes. Iscope’s behavioural data includes purchase-intent signals across major consumer verticals: automotive, home / real estate, financial services (mortgage, refi, investment, insurance), travel, and healthcare. Intent windows typically range from 30 to 180 days.
How do I handle suppression and opt-outs?+
Send us your suppression list — we run a match against your file before delivery so suppressed addresses never reach you. For ongoing campaigns, suppression files can be updated weekly or in real time via secure file transfer or API.
Can I rent the list instead of buying it?+
Yes. List rental is common for one-time campaigns: you specify the audience, we deliver the campaign on your behalf without transferring the underlying records to you. You receive responder data — people who clicked, replied, or converted. Rental is often more economical than buying for one-off campaigns.
What’s the minimum order size?+
Minimum order is 5,000 records for one-time list buys, with volume tiering above that. Rental minimums are lower — typically 2,500 records — because the campaign mechanic is included.
Tell us who you want to reach. We’ll send 25 records that match.
No commitment. A sample so you can see field completeness, accuracy, and behavioural depth.
